Advantage Family Outreach & Foster Care is a private foster care agency licensed through the Ohio Department of Youth Services. As a foster parent, you can be licensed either through a private agency like Advantage or through your local county agency. With extensive experience in child welfare, we’re passionate about creating environments that empower each child to grow, heal, and thrive.
Our expertise extends across a wide range of fostering and support services, including specialized foster care for children with specific needs, sibling group placements, and therapeutic foster homes. We provide training and resources to foster families, ensuring they’re fully prepared to support each child’s unique journey. From coordinating care with mental health and educational services to providing around-the-clock support, Advantage Family Outreach & Foster Care is dedicated to making every child feel safe and valued.
Group Homes

Fostering
Fostering Services with Advantage Family Outreach & Foster Care provide children in need with compassionate, stable homes that support their well-being and development. Our dedicated network of foster families is equipped to offer safe, structured environments that meet each child’s unique needs. We provide specialized foster care, including therapeutic and emergency placements, weekend respite care, sibling care, and support for children with special needs.

Behavioral Health Services
Behavioral Health Services with Advantage Family Outreach & Foster Care provide outpatient therapy for individuals ages 5 and up, offering individual, couples, family, and group therapy in a supportive, client-centered setting. Our clinicians utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and supportive therapy, tailoring treatment to each person’s needs.
We work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, life transitions, relationship stressors, and emotional regulation difficulties, and we collaborate closely with families, schools, agencies, and community partners to support meaningful progress.
